Great tune! Can't sit still. Your'e a great flute player Xosé.
Preciosa.
Me encanta.
Xosiño porqué no te encuentro en ALEXA
May I ask some silly questions?
What instruments was used in this piece? Especially what kind of flute?
What music scale is used here? What this genre is called? Is it something gypsy'ish or jewish?
That sounds very amazing! ♡
Not silly questions at all!
Darbukas on the percussion, and the flute is a galician wood flute. The music scale is minor or harmonic minor some times.
This is an arrangement made over a tradicional galician tune, it's sounds a little "arabic". It's folk music from Galicia (north west of Spain)
You can check any of the musicians playing in this video and their music projects, they are really amazing!
Thank you for the answer!
Haha! My friend guessed that it's Irish Wooden Flute (not Irish Whistle) and that music has something “Spanish” in it. At least he was right about “Spanish” part :D
Interesting!
